Lay-A-Way Contract is eight (8) weeks
There is a $10 Service Fee on all lay-a-way contracts,the fee will be removed from the contract with final payment
The $10 Service Fee will be forfeited if lay-a-way is cancelled
A deposit of 25% of the total is required uponsigning the contract
A bi-weekly payment of at least 25% is due on the date specified on the contract
Merchandise is secured by prompt payments
Lay-A-Way merchandise will be returned to stock 5 days after a missed payment
A signature on the contract is required
Merchandise bought on lay-a-way can only be returned or exchanged for the current price of that item at the time of return
